At Atrip.ae, we present quality services in travel and this commitment is accompanied by the transparency in every transaction. Refund Policy / Dispute Policy The terms & conditions details below are the terms of refunds and dispute resolution.

1. Non-Refundable Products

With few exceptions, most of our products and services are not refundable. These are, among others: - Attractions - Flight bookings - Hotel reservations - Holiday packages - Visa services - Transportation arrangements After a reservation is made and payment received, standard terms of these products entail no cancellation or refund is accepted.

2. Refundable Products

Some products can be termed as such that is refundable in their individual terms or even in the product page. And in this case the following is the nature of the case: - Refunds will only be done once the money (whole amount) passes into our bank account. - At least 7 business days are necessary upon their receipt until any refund is to be initiated. - Refunds are allowed only to the same mode of payment as made during the time of the booking. - The net amount for the refund can be reduced by service charges, and third-party expenses, taxes, or administrative expenses. - Refunds are conditioned refunding and checking up the payment and adherence to any other rules of the suppliers.

3. Refund Process

In a case that your product can be refunded: Contact Us at book@atrip.ae or visit our Contact Us page. Provide: - Booking reference code - Transaction ID, receipt - Excuse to claim the refund We will react to your request within 3-5 working days and do it according to this policy.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

Besides, we firmly advise the customers to reach out to us before opening any disputes or charge-backs with their financial institutions or card issuers. When there is a conflict: - You should inform us in writing at book@atrip.ae with all the details of the problem. - Atrip.ae will explore and shall endeavour to have the matter be resolved in 10 business days. - In case of chargeback or dispute is introduced without prior consideration with us (Atrip.ae), we have a right to contest the dispute, and present evidence of our delivery of services to the payment processor or bank. - Misleading or fraudulent statements can lead to your Atrip.ae account suspension and litigation.

5. Customer Responsibility

It is upon the customers to: - Reading the terms and conditions prior to ensuring their bookings. - Verification that personal information entered is correct and that the one entered is true on payment information. - Knowledge of the product refundability prior to buying.

6. Exceptions & Special Cases

There are some exceptional cases when Atrip.ae may issue the partial or full refund (e.g. service failure, supplier cancelation, force majeure and more), or give the credit towards future services at their own discretion.

7. Policy Updates

Atrip.ae also has the right to update this Refund & Dispute Policy anytime without prior notifications. The latest updates will be placed on this page. We encourage customers to visit this policy on a regular basis.
